improvement The potatoes should be boiled whole, peeled while still hot, then mashed. After knydli have been made and drained pour fried breadcrumbs over them and serve with mixed sugar and cinnamon. lana |
Improvements These are even better if you mix a small amount of cinnamon with sugar and put a spoonfull inside each plum before wrapping them in the dough. Then brown some bread crumbs in butter and coat the dumplings with that. imre |
