 Description
Perepecha is a traditional Belorussian dish. These are thin flat cakes that are served with soups and main courses.
 Method
Make brew from yeast, warm milk, salt and sugar. When it doubles the size, add beaten yolks and egg whites separately, melted butter and stir in flour slowly. Knead dough and make 4 round flat cakes on a well-greased baking sheet and bake until light brown.

 Ingredients
  • 800 g flour.
  • 300 g milk.
  • 1 ts sugar.
  • 50 g yeast.
  • 4 ea eggs.
  • 100 g butter.
  • salt.
