 Pie With Mushrooms

 Description
Pies are a staple meal of Russian table. Pies with mushrooms are a real dainty. They can be served as an appetizer, with soups or even as a dessert.
 Method
Wash mushrooms, peel and cut them and stew until done. Add salt, chopped green, chopped eggs and sour cream. Make dough and shape small pies. Put filling in the center and pinch edges. Brush with an egg and bake in a preheated oven until light brown.

  • 1 ts sugar.
  • 400 g flour.
