 Prunes in Milk

 Description
Extraordinary dessert, but really healthy and rich with vitamins. So it is worth to taste.
 Method
Wash prunes and pour over them boiling milk and leave for 1 hour. Then add sugar, mix carefully and bake in the oven until there is a pink skin. Serve hot or cold.

  • 1 l milk.
  • 100 g prunes.
  • 50 g sugar.

     Prunes in Milk
     Great, but I love prunes--stewed with sugar and lemon or orange rind, and ESPECIALLY with cream or milk! Think of prune whip-pureed prunes and whipped cream. Prunes are just another fruit that is complemented by dairy.
