Combine mashed potatoes with starch, butter, egg, salt and pepper. Knead carefully and shape small balls or cubes and put on a baking sheet greased with butter. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with chopped friend onion and pour over sour cream and stew for 7 minutes. Serve hot sprinkled with chopped scallions and dill.
