 Description
Dzyad is a big round pie with a filling from apple jam, raisins and dates. Dzyad can be served as a delicious dessert for tea or coffee.
 Method
Knead yeast dough, leave it to double the size, then divide into 2 parts and roll out finely. Put one part on a well-greased pan, then spread evenly the filling and cover with another part. Pinch the edges.Filling: warm up apple jam, add to finely chopped dates and raisins and cool down.Brush the pie with an egg and bake on average heat until done.

  • 120 g melted butter.
