 Kuyrdak From Rabbit

 Description
Kuyrdak is stewed rabbit, usually served with rice.
 Method
Carve rabbit, slice and fry in heated oil. Add salt, pepper and sliced onion, tomatoes, broth and stew until done.

 Ingredients
  • 1 ea rabbit.
  • 1 c oil.
  • 2 ea onions.
  • 1/2 ts ground black pepper.
  • 2 ts salt.
  • 2 ea tomatoes.
  • greens.

     this recipe has nothing to do with kazak kuyrdak. real kuyrdak is cooked with lamb liver, heart, kidneys etc, and potatoes, not rice
