 Fish Cutlets

 Description
Fish Cutlets are delicious light food for everyone.
 Method
Grind fish fillet with onion, bread in a mincer. Add milk, egg, margarine, salt, pepper and stir carefully. Shape small cutlets and fry in fat until light brown.

  • 300 g fish fillet.
  • 40 g milk.
  • 20 g margarine.
  • 1 ea onion.
  • 1 ea egg.
  • 50 g white bread.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
  • fat to fry.
