 Description
Delicious sweets for kids and adults.
 Method
Blend eggs, sugar and butter. Add salt, milk and flour and knead stiff dough. Leave dough for 40 minutes, then roll out finely and cut stripes 1/2 inch long and fry in well preheated fat for 5-7 minutes. Put in a sift to let fat draw away.Cook honey and sugar until dense (honey drop must harden in water). Put stripes in honey syrup and mix thoroughly. Shape small hills on plates. Decorate with nuts and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  • 5 c flour.
  • 4 ea eggs.
  • 1/2 c milk.
  • 2 ts butter.
  • 1/3 ts salt.
  • 2 tb sugar.
  • 1 c powdered sugar.
  • Syrup.
  • 1 1/2 c honey.
  • 4 ts sugar.
  • 1 1/2 fat to fry.

     These Chuk chuk balls were delicious! The best thing I have ever tasted! Thank you for offering this recipe. But all of you above me who has written those nasty reviews need to stop.
