This Kazakh salad is made from radish and vegetables.
Method
Julienne radish and carrot and toss with salt. Chop red pepper paprika, onion, garlic finely and blanch.Make dressing: combine vinegar with oil, pepper and salt. Dress salad and blend carefully.

500 g radish.
125 g sweet red pepper.
2 ea carrots.
1 1/2 ea onion.
5 ea garlic cloves.
salt.

Dressing:.
2 tb oil.
2 tb 3% vinegar.
sugar.
ground red pepper.
salt.
