 Description
Kupaty are small sausages from fat pork mincemeat fried on hot charcoals.
 Method
Grind pork in a mincer, add chopped onion, cinnamon, cloves, thyme, pepper, salt. Stuff mincemeat into hogcasing and make small semirings, Fry on hot charcoals.

 Ingredients
  • 1 kg pork.
  • 100 g onion.
  • spices (cinnamon, cloves, thyme, pepper).
  • salt.
  • hogcasing.
