 Lamb With Green Beans

 Description
Delicious dish, savory and easy to make, will brighten up your everyday menu.
 Method
Slice lamb, sprinkle with salt and pepper and braise with finely chopped onion. Then add tomato paste, stir in flour and add broth until the liquid is dense. Stew on low heat. Then add green beans, garlic, and greens and stew until the beans are soft but resistant to bite.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g lamb.
  • 30 g fat.
  • 15 g flour.
  • 200 g green beans.
  • 2 tb tomato paste.
  • 1 ea onion.
  • 1 ea garlic clove.
  • pepper.

  • salt.
