 Stuffed Apples

 Description
Delicious dessert for any occasion. Baked apples in glaze will not be set aside by your guests, for sure.
 Method
Cut off the tops from apples. With a teaspoon take out the core, fill with berries and cover with tops. Bake in the oven with average heat until soft but firm. Take out and cool down. Beat up egg whites with sugar until dense foam and pour over apples.

 Ingredients
  • 10 ea apples.
  • 1 c berries from preserves.
  • 2 ea egg whites.
  • 3/4 c sugar.

     This recipe is excellent..but if you want to make something more unique for a holiday table then you can try to add some walnuts to the berry mixture. Also after the apples have cooled down a little, you can cover them with a scoop of vanilla (or any of your favorite) ice cream. try it!! my guests always loved it!!!!
