 Description
Lekakh is a honey pastry with raisins and walnuts. It is a popular Jewish cookie.
 Method
Combine sugar, honey with eggs, add milk, melted butter and heated oil, walnuts, raisins and flour mixed with salt and baling powder. Knead the dough. Grease a baking form with butter and sprinkle with flour. Fill the form with dough and bake on average heat for 30-35 minutes.

 Ingredients
  • 2,5 c flour.
  • 0,5 c honey.
  • 0,5 sugar.
  • 0,5 milk.
  • 2 ea eggs.
  • 150 g butter.
  • 2 tb oil.
  • 0,5 c raisins.
  • 3 tb chopped walnuts.
  • 0,5 ts baking powder.
  • salt.
