 Carrot Cake

 Description
Carrot Cake is wonderful completion of holiday dinner. Unusual and unexpected taste will conquer your heart.
 Method
Peel carrots and boil in water until cooked. Grate through the sieve or grind in mixer. Separate yolks from egg whites, beat eggs with sugar, add carrot, chopped orange peel, almonds, flour and salt and mix thoroughly. Beat up egg whites in dense foam and combine with the dough. Grease a baking form with butter and pour in the dough. Bake on average heat 170 C for about an hour.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g carrot.
  • 6 ea eggs.
  • 1 1/2 c sugar.
  • 1 ts orange peel.
  • 1/3 c chopped almond.
  • 1/2 c flour.
  • 1 ts baking powder.
