 Description
Vulets are almost the same as cutlets but flat. This recipe is taken from ancient Jewish cookbook and was written in Old Slavonic language.
 Method
Combine all ingredients and knead the meat mass. Shape small cutlets, flat them and fry in fat until light brown.

 Ingredients
  • 1 kg chopped meat.
  • 1 ea small roll grated.
  • 1/2 c finely chopped onion.
  • 2 ea eggs.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
