     Differently delicious
Thank you for an easy, simple accompanyment to a fish dinner that I served the other night. My husband commented that he liked it very much and where did I find it. When I told him, he really enjoyed knowing that this was a Russian reciepe. I wil use it many times in the future. Thank you!

     Fried?
I don't understand how this recipe can be called 'fried cucumbers'. As far as I can see, the dish is stewed cucumbers.
