| Description | | Strudel with Nuts is a delicious cake with tea or coffee. A wonderful combination of light dough and chopped nuts will make you love this sweet forever. |  | | Method | Cut margarine into small cubes and put in a bowl. Pour over boiling water, until margarine is fully melted. Add vinegar and flour; knead the dough until it is soft and elastic. Cover the dough with a clean towel and put in a fridge for couple hours. Sprinkle flour on the table before rolling the dough out. Take out the dough of the fridge and divide into 4 parts. Roll out every part in a thin sheet. For filling, combine all ingredients, except jam, and stir thoroughly until there is homogeneous mass. Spread jam and on top ? of filling on every sheet evenly. Roll into rolls and make cuts for individual portions. Grease carefully a baking sheet with butter, put rolls. Preheat oven 190C and bake for 45 minutes or until rolls are golden. Sprinkle powdered sugar on rolls.
