 Sour-sweet Fish

 Description
The fish will look great on any table. Besides that, it can be served hot or cold as well.
 Method
Put lemon, brown sugar, raisins, bay leaf and fish in a pan, cover and cook on low heat for 25 minutes. Take out the fish on the dish and add ginger, vinegar, almonds to the broth and cook for a while, stirring constantly. Pour this sauce over the fish.

 Ingredients
  • 6 ea pike slices.
  • 2 ea onion finely sliced.
  • 2 ea lemons sliced.
  • 1/2 tb raisins.
  • 1/2 tb brown sugar.
  • 2 ts salt.
  • 1/2 ts ginger.
  • 1/3 c wine vinegar.
  • 1/3 c almonds chopped.
  • 1 ea bay leaf.
