 Barley Soup

 Description
Barley Soup will give you a great chance to diversify you first dishes. Really delicious soup will do only good for you and your kids.
 Method
Soak beans in cold water over a night. Pour cold water over meat, bring to boil and cook on low heat for 45 minutes. Add barley, beans, finely chopped onion and cook on very low heat for 1 ? hour. Salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Soup is good when beans and meat are soft and tender.

 Ingredients
  • 900 g meat.
  • 2 c beans.
  • 1 c barley.
  • 2 ea onion.
  • 2 ts salt.
  • 1/2 ts pepper.
  • 2 tb chopped green.
  • 3 l water.
