THANK YOU My Russian husband is pleased with my newfound baking ability! This bread is like what we would buy in central asia. The crust is thick and, well, crusty, and the inside not too heavy. And it's simple- it rises only once!It worked for me the first time: 365' for about an hour. It's good with wheat flour too. Ellen |
