 Beet Salad

 Description
This salad is for the fans of spicy dishes. Beet was always considered healthy vegetable and rich in vitamins.
 Method
Combine all ingredients, stir carefully and leave in a cold place for 2 hours before serving.

  • 2 1/2 c grated boiled beet.
  • 4 tb grated horseradish.
  • 2 tb oil.
  • 2 1/2 tb sugar.
  • 1 1/2 tb vinegar.
