 Description
Unusual dish with a beautiful name will surprise your guests. Unique combination of vegetables and fish will create a new delicious taste.
 Method
In a stew-pan, put a half of carrot and beet, and then put fish slices. Cover with the rest of carrot and beet; add lightly fried onion and salt. Pour water over just to coat, bake in the oven for 2-3 hours.

 Ingredients
  • 700 g bream.
  • 1 c carrot finely chopped.
  • 1 c scallions.
  • 1/2 c beet finely chopped.
  • 3 tb oil.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
