 Diamond Fruit Strudel

 Description
A delicious dessert that will be a wonderful completion to any dinner.
 Method
Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Mix eggs, margarine and sugar and add to flour. Stir in other ingredients. Knead the dough until it is soft and elastic. Divide the dough into 6 parts for 3 Strudel with different fillings.Fruit Strudel: Roll out a piece of dough into rectangle or into the form of baking form. Sprinkle with chopped matzo. Combine grated apples, pineapple and sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Spread the filling on the dough piece evenly. Cover with another piece of dough and pinch the edges. Cut out a small rhomb in the center. Bake in a preheated oven (175C) for 30 minutes.

  • Dough:.
  • 7 c flour.
  • 1 tb baking powder.
  • 5 ea eggs.
  • 2 c sugar.
  • 1 1/2 c margarine.
  • vanilla.
  • 2 ea orange peel.
  • 2 ea lemons.
  • 1 ts almond extract.
  • Filling:.
  • chopped matzo.
  • 10 ea grated apples.
  • 1/4 c raisins.
  • 1 ea lemon juice.
  • 1 ea preserved pineapple grinded.
  • 2 tb sugar.
  • 1 tb cinnamon.

     Алмазный Фруктовый Штрудель
     Изысканно-потрясающий по своим ингридиентам! Я никогда не готовила, но на ближайший семейный праздник испеку обязательно! Только немного непонятно, почему тесто делим на 6 частей, а для приготовления используем 2 части?
