| Description | | Kougle with Fish is a traditional Jewish dish. Kougle can be made for a holiday table or a wekend dinner as well. |  | | Method | | Melt butter in a pan and fry scallions until light brown. Grease a baking form with butter and make the first layer from potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then goes a layer from fish and the last layer is potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper. Beat up eggs with whipped cream and pour over Kougle. Bake in a medium heated oven for 45 minutes.
