Pytsye is a poppular Jewish dish served on special occasions. |  | | Method | Soak beef feet in cold water for 2 hours, then scrape clean and wash carefully. Cut up crosswise, pour over cold water and cook for 7-8 hours on low heat. 2 hours before finishing, add onion, carrot, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Strain the broth; remove bones from beef, chop meat finely and add to broth. Stir in sugar, lemon juice and bring to boil. While hot, blend in beaten eggs. Grease toasts with garlic.
