 Honey Cake

 Description
A wonderful dessert to any holiday. Serve with tea or coffee. The cake is very tasty, but be careful, it is rich.
 Method
Sift all dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir together. Make a well and add all the liquid ingredients. Add the raisins, nuts and apples. Spray a round tube pan with oil and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until a toothpick or a knife comes clean.

 Ingredients
  • 1 c sugar.
  • 4 c sifted flour.
  • 1 ts baking soda.
  • 1 ts baking powder.
  • 1 ts cinnamon.
  • 1 ts salt.
  • 1 ts cloves.
  • 1 ts nutmeg.
  • 1 c honey.
  • 1 c coffee cooled.
  • 1/2 c oil.
  • 1 ts vanilla.
  • 3 ea eggs.
  • 1/2 c raisins.
  • 1/2 c chopped walnuts.
  • 2 ea apples peeled and sliced.
