 Chicken Roll

 Description
A wonderful and easy dish for anyone to try. Chicken rolls can be served both as an appetizer and as a main dish.
 Method
Make a cut in the back and Detach chicken fillet from bones. Be careful not to break the surface. Put evenly on the table, salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Roll very tightly and put in foil greased with oil. Bake in the oven heated 180-200C. Serve sliced.
