This dish will be a real decoration of your table if you can cook it. Piquant filling in combination with beef is considered a real dainty for gourmets.
Method
Chop greens finely and stir in grated cheese. Wash and clean the inside of paprica. Fill in with cheese mass. Make an open-ended cut in beef. Place pods in the cuts. Roll in beef in spices, sprinkle with salt. Wrap in a fat gauze and bake on the baking sheet in a well heated oven on the average heat until done. Serve sliced with different vegetables.
