 Pastry "Kartoshka" ("Potato")

 Description
A favourite pastry of many kids and adults as well, very popular in Russia. The name comes from Russian potato, as teh pastry loosks like it.
 Method
Add sugar to milk and bring to boil, stirring regularly. Cool down milk, add butter, cocoa, bread crumbs and chopped nuts and stir carefully. Put the dough in the fridge for 20-30 mins. Shape small "potatoes", roll in cocoa and decorate on your taste.

 Ingredients
  • 1 liter jar of bread crumbs.
  • 230 g sugar.
  • 250 g milk.
  • 150 g butter.
  • 1 tb cocoa.
  • 10 ea walnuts.
