 Description
Rice Kasha with Cheese is a delicious dish for everyday menu. Kasha, easy and quick to make, will bring pleasure to your family.
 Method
Wash rice under running water. Fry it in butter until light brown. Pour over water and bring to boil, salt and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • 3 c water.
  • 200 g grated cheese.
  • 2 tb butter.
  • salt.
