 Sauerkraut Sauce

 Description
Sauerkraut sauce is unusual sauce for main dishes. Extraordinary combination will make your dish taste unique and unforgettable.
 Method
Squeeze sauerkraut, pour over boiling broth or water and stew in the covered pan for 1,5 hour. Add sugar (you can add vinegar on your taste), salt and bring to boil. Pound butter with flour and stir in the sauce, bring to boil. Serve to fried poultry.

  • 200 g sauerkraut.
  • 1 c broth or water.
  • 1 tb sugar.
  • 1 tb flour.
  • 1 tb butter.
  • salt.
