 Red Sauce

 Description
Red sauce is served to fried meat, cutlets.It will impart special piquancy even to a simple dish.
 Method
Fry butter until light brown. Add to flour, fry stirring regularly until it is light red. Dissolve in the broth and bring to boil, salt and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

  • 1 c broth or water.
  • 1 tb flour.
  • 1 tb butter.
  • salt.
