| Description | | Mushroom Soup-puree is dainty for those who love mushrooms and in Russia it is almost everyone. |  | | Method | Cook carrot with greens, 1 onion and salt in water for 20 mins. Strain, discard vegetables. Cook mushrooms and 1 finely chopped onion in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes. Add to the vegetable broth along with dill, and parsley. Mix flour with 1/4 cup cold water. Stir into soup. Bring to boil. Cook and stir regularly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Beat in whipping cream. Serve hot.
