 Makaronnik z Myasom

 Description
This dish is made in the form of baked pudding made from noodles with meat. Unusual look and taste for the old dish.
 Method
Grind meat in the mincer, add salt and stir thoroughly. Boil noodles in salted water(for every 100 g noodles is 2 c water), strain them. Add uncooked egg and salt if needed, stir carefully. Put a half of noodles evenly in the baking pan greased with butter. Put mincemeat evenly and cover with the rest of noodles. sprinkle with butter and bake in a well heated oven until makaronnik is light brown (20-25 mins).
Serve with sour cream.

 Ingredients
  • 250 g noodles.
  • 250 g meat flesh.
  • 1 ea egg.
  • 1/2 ts salt.
  • 3 tb butter.
