 Veal Baked With Tomatoes

 Description
This delicious holiday dish is served with dry red wine. The wine will impart the piquancy of baked veal.
 Method
Cut veal into small pieces, sprinkle with salt, red pepper. Put veal on the pan with chopped tomatoes around. Add a little hot water and bake in well heated oven until the meat is soft.
Serve with fried potatoes and the stewed sauce.
