 Stewed Cabbage With Meat

 Description
Wonderful healthy meal for any case. Stewed cabbage is also called "solianka" in Russian. Serve this dish with sour cream or mayonnaise.
 Method
Shred cabbage. Cut pork into small cubes and salt, fry until light brown, add chopped onion
and carrot. Stew for 5-10 minutes. Add shredded cabbage, salt and pepper. Stew on an average heat for 10 minutes, stir in tomato paste and stew for other 15-20 minutes on a low heat.
Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream.

  • 1/2 ea cabbage head.
  • 300 g boneless pork.
  • 3 tb tomato paste.
  • 1 ea carrot.
  • 1 ea onion.
  • salt, pepper.
  • greens.
