Quick and Easy
This is a great recipe to whip up on the spur of the moment. Surprisingly it tastes so good with these few ingredients. I did add a bit of vanilla.
My cousin made this cake when she visited us, but I never got the recipe from her then, now I have it and I am glad.

Apple cake
Today in school a classmate of mine brought in this particular Apple Cake for my International Foods class. It was delicious. I have now come to get the recipe for myself. I recommend this recipe to people who like Russian Apple cake. While writing this my friend kicked me causing me to release a "fart" that had been held in for the last half hour.
