 Apple Cake

 Description
The quickest dish in order not be despaired, meeting unexpected guests. The wonderful
dessert for tea or coffee.
 Method
Beat up eggs with sugar and baking powder. Stir in flour and mix thoroughly. Slice apples.
Grease baking pan with oil. Cover the bottom with apple slices. Pour over the dough. Bake in a well heated oven for about a half an hour.
When cake is ready, cool it down, take out of the pan. Serve with tea.

 Ingredients
  • 3 ea eggs.
  • 1 c flour.
  • 1 c sugar.
  • 4 ea sour apples coarsed and peeled.
  • 1 tb baking powder.

     Quick and Easy
     This is a great recipe to whip up on the spur of the moment. Surprisingly it tastes so good with these few ingredients. I did add a bit of vanilla. My cousin made this cake when she visited us, but I never got the recipe from her then, now I have it and I am glad.

     Apple cake
     Today in school a classmate of mine brought in this particular Apple Cake for my International Foods class. It was delicious. I have now come to get the recipe for myself. I recommend this recipe to people who like Russian Apple cake. While writing this my friend kicked me causing me to release a "fart" that had been held in for the last half hour.
