 Liver Cutlets

 Description
Liver Cutlets is a delicious dish for everyday and holiday table as well. It is proved that
liver is useful for people with low hemoglobin
 Method
Grind liver, fat, onion, and carrot in the mincer. Stir in semolina and an egg, salt.
Mix thoroughly. Pour on the well heated pan little mincemeat rounds. Fry on every side until
light brown.
Serve hot with fried potatoes and pickled cucumbers.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g beef (pork) liver.
  • 50 g fat.
  • 1 ea egg.
  • 3 tb semolina.
  • 1 ea onion.
  • 1 ea carrot.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
  • oil.
