 Tvorog Kletsky

 Description
Kletsky is a sort of small boiled pies but without filling. Tvorog kletsky are especially good.
 Method
Mix tvorog with flour and egg. Knead well. Roll out into a long roll.
Divide into small balls. Sink into boiling water and add salt. Take out when they come to the surface.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g tvorog.
  • 100 g flour.
  • 1 ea egg.
