Vodka along and they want to have a couple of drinks with you. But what can
you offer for"zakuska?" The answer is very simple-you don't need anything
special for preparing this snack, because almost everybody has at home
needed ingredients. And now let''''s start, it will take not more than 15
minutes and your friends will remember this snack for EVER!
 Method
* Preheat oven to 190C(375F). Meanwile, in small castrole on
high heat, in boiling water, cook broccoli and red pepper(or green)3minutes.
Drain well.Put aside.
*In small bowl, combine soup(or cream kind of soup), garlick and any
seasoning.(I personaly use "Vegeta". Spread with a spoon soup mixture evenly
over 12 English Muffin halves;place on baking sheets(you will need 2
sheets).

min.or untill cheese melts. Serve immediately.
*You do not have to use exactly every ingredient as I mentioned-you can use
anything is at home, add some olive slices or salami in strips or tomatoe
