 Eggs With Pickles

 Description
Eggs with Pickles is very good and rich dish. It is easy to make, but looks and tastes exclusively.
 Method
Chop onion very finely and fry in the butter until light brown, add finely chopped peeled cucumbers and stew for 10-15 minutes.
Grind eggs, add salt and stewed vegetables. Stir thoroughly and decorate with greens. Serve with sour cream.

  • 8 ea eggs hard boiled.
  • 4 ea pickled cucumbers.
  • 4 tb butter.
  • 2 ea onions.
  • salt.
