 Pickled Mushroom Pate

 Description
Mushrooms, gift of nature, have always been in abundance in Russia. People pickle them to provide the best appetizer, side dish for any occasion. Even real gourmets enjoy Russian pickled mushrooms.
 Method
Chop mushroom very finely. Fry chopped onion until golden brown. Mix all ingredients and decorate with greens.

  • 10 pickled mushrooms.
  • 2 onions.
  • 3 tb oil.
  • greens, pepper.
