 Pickled Mushrooms With Sauce

 Description
Mushrooms, gift of nature, have always been in abundance in Russia. People pickle them to provide the best appetizer, side dish for any occasion. Even real gourmets enjoy Russian pickled mushrooms.
 Method
Chop mushrooms in sticks. Mix greens, capers, oil, mustard and other ingredients on your taste. Pour the sauce over mushrooms and decorated with dill.

 Ingredients
  • 6 ea boletus mushrroms.
  • 6 ea honey mushrooms.
  • 6 ea field mushrooms.
  • 6 ea safron milk-cap mushrooms.
  • 2 tb greens chopped.
  • 1 tb capers.
  • 4 tb vegetable oil.
  • 1 ts mustard.
  • vinegar, salt, pepper.
