 Garlic Cheese
 Description
This ingenious combination of simple ingredients work splendidly together and taste delicious. Russians love it and so will you and your guests.
Serves 6-10
 Method
Mince the cheese, either by putting it through a meat grinder or by processing it briefly in a food processor fitted with steel blade. The cheese should be grainy, not mushy. Combine with the remaining ingredients, mix well, and chill.
Serve in a decorative bowl, accompanied by white bread toast or crackers.

 Ingredients
  • 1 pound Danish Havarti Cheese, chilled.
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
  • 1-2 gloves garlic, crushed.
