Wonderful Steambath Fare
When I was young, my dad would take me to the local bath where the owner would serve the mainly Russian clientel, on a Friday night, this simple but satisfying dish along with generous amounts of vodka, singing and telling stories from the "old country". It was a tasty
part of a classic male bonding ritual. Don't ask me what happened on Saturdays, Ladies nights.This is truly Russian soul food.
