Turia

Turia is traditional Lenten dish. It is hard to tell anything about taste, as the only aim of this soup is to slake hunger.



Method:
Combine sauerkraut with grated onion, grated stale bread, stir and pour over kvas until dense. Season to taste.

Ingredients:
200 g sauerkraut.
100 g bread.
150 g onion.
1 l kvas.
Oil.
Pepper.
Salt.
