Poppy Tartalette

The recipe comes from my grandmother. It can be tastes with cream, icing, fruits.

Separate Egg whites and beat up with sugar. Rub poppy seeds with 2 cups of sugar. Whisk yolks. Combine everything and add grinded white bread. Bake in a mould as usual.

8 eggs.
200 g poppy seeds.
200 g white flour.
3 c sugar.
