A wonderful dish with tea. You can make it every day, of course if you figure allows it.

Separate yolks from egg-whites. Beat yolks with 1 tb sugar, add melted margarine, vanilin to taste, a pinch of baking powder. Combine carefully and stir in flour. Dough looks like crumbs. Put a half of dough in a greased mold, spread jam on, top with the rest of dough. Bake for 25-30 min. Pour over the baked cake whites, beaten with sugar, lemon acid, vanilin. And put in the oven for 3-5 minutes.

2 ea eggs.
1 1/2 c sugar.
2/3 pack margarine.
3 c flour (1 c can be substituted with semolina).
1 c jam.
Baking powder, vanilin, lemon acid.
